Slow down to speed up

Taking a pause, 3 days before CalmCon - the team’s largest event yet.

Taking 10 slow minutes to check in with myself.

What am I letting go of?

  • Feelings of self-doubt; focusing on being present, doing my best - whatever that looks like in the moment, and recognising how far I’ve come

  • Feeling the need to be productive (and replying all the messages/emails) - it’s 8:17pm, it’s ok to take a break!

What am I grateful for?

  • Calming sounds of nature (listening to this Youtube video rn)

  • Being able to work alongside wonderful people everyday, on a cause I so strongly believe in

  • Persisting through depressive episodes, consistently making my mental health a priority, and reaping the rewards today

  • Strawberries and persimmons

What am I looking forward to?

  • Getting a good night’s sleep

  • Tomorrow!
