Feelings of self-doubt; focusing on being present, doing my best - whatever that looks like in the moment, and recognising how far I’ve come
Feeling the need to be productive (and replying all the messages/emails) - it’s 8:17pm, it’s ok to take a break!
What am I grateful for?
Calming sounds of nature (listening to this Youtube video rn)
Being able to work alongside wonderful people everyday, on a cause I so strongly believe in
Persisting through depressive episodes, consistently making my mental health a priority, and reaping the rewards today
